I am a total beginner and would like to learn blues / rock

Dress Making Course in aid of the Harvey Hext Appeal: 1) Sewing essentials: 24th August 2011 Equipment and essential tools, navigating the sewing machine, mending techniques, hemming, stitch types, embroidery, appliqué, bunting & quilting. 2) Sewing techniques: 31st August 2011 Fabric guide, fastenings, zips, seams and finishes, pleats, waistband adjustment, working with elastic, gathering, cushion making. 3) Customising: 7th September 2011 Body shape guide, reshaping garments, fabric manipulation, embellishment techniques, darts, piping, cuffs, pockets, sleeves. 4) Making your own garment: 14th September 2011 Making a bespoke mannequin, pattern cutting from scratch, draping, styling, lining, corsetry.
